Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sous/Crew Chef to join a well-established 70m+ private motor yacht with a great programme and excellent onboard crew culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is either new to the industry or looking to transition from smaller vessels, offering a chance to gain experience on a professionally run yacht with outstanding longevity across all departments.
As a Sous/Crew chef you will be expected to cater for up to 20 crew, as well as assist the Head chef with guest meals when required. 
 
This is a dual season vessel to join in August in the Med.

About the program: Dual season
Required Documents/Certificates: ENG 1, STCW, ENG 1, Food Hygiene
Requirements for application: Ideally some yachting experience, or someone from high end restaurants.
Salary: 5000 euros
Leave: 5/1 rotation
