We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-driven Head of Housekeeping to manage the presentation and daily upkeep of a luxury private lodge in Aspen, Colorado, for the 2025/2026 ski season.
This is a seasonal role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The ski-in, ski-out residence sleeps up to 12 guests and is used by UHNW principals and their guests during the season (approx 60% of the time) During quieter periods, there will be time for rest and skiing – but the residence must remain guest-ready at all times.

Application Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a housekeeper or senior housekeeper in luxury Aspen residences or similar
Proven ability to maintain ultra-high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and discretion
US Citizenship or valid US Work Visa required
Excellent communication skills and fluent English
Experience working in ski-season homes preferred
Key Responsibilities:
As Head of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and readiness of the property, managing seasonal turnovers, and ensuring the home is always prepared for principal or guest arrival. You must have experience working in Aspen or surrounding areas.
Duties include:
Overseeing daily housekeeping for a 5–6 bedroom luxury lodge
Managing cleaning routines and deep cleaning schedules
Preparing guest rooms to 5-star standards
Handling laundry and wardrobe care for guests and principals
Restocking household supplies and liaising with vendors as needed
Managing seasonal inventories and linen rotation
Assisting in setting up for family arrivals or special occasions
Working closely with other staff to ensure seamless operation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone reliable, positive, and polished, with a strong work ethic and the ability to self-manage. You must be proactive and meticulous, able to anticipate household needs and ensure a consistently high standard of service. A discreet, professional presence and a background in UHNW private residences in Aspen is essential. A love for the mountains and seasonal lifestyle is a bonus.
