72m Private M/Y looking for a Chief Officer to join the team to start ASAP. 
 
Great Captain on board who is focused on progression and training and encourages drive time for the officers. 
 
The yacht is a single season, Western Med cruising in the summer and spends the rest of the time in Mallorca.
 
This vessel operates with a bridge team of four and a deck team of three. 
 
The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of vessel maintenance and product knowledge. 
 
Experience with IDEA and Pinpoint Works would be a bonus.
 
Generous training budget in place for those who will be willing to commit longevity to the program.

5 years in the industry, minimum 1 years experience as C/O  on similar sized vessels.
Salary: €7,500 – €8,000 DOE 
Leave/Rotation: 60 days
