With over 30 years of experience working with the world’s most elite establishments, including iconic names like Hotel de Paris, The Ritz Carlton, and Waldorf Astoria, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and a contagious passion to every session. 

But Paul is more than just a hospitality expert. He’s a master communicator, a human connection specialist, and a firm believer in unlocking inner potential. As well as a world-champion mixologist (seven global titles and two Guinness World Records!).

Now, he’s bringing this transformative approach to the yachting industry, to ensure that crew don’t simply talk about exceeding expectations, they actually do.
