Sole Chef

Job Description

We have a 55m support yacht looking for a Sole Chef to join them in the shipyard around the middle of March.Previous Sole Chef experience on a similar sized yacht would be very helpful.

You must be confident in fresh light and healthy Med cuisine as well as Asian food.

We are looking for a team player who leads an active and healthy lifestyle and can produce a good variety of flavourful crew meals on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for cooking for the 11 crew on board as well as the guests when they use the yacht.

This yacht will operate within a small fleet of similar sized yachts.

On offer is a salary of $9,000 and 90 days of leave to be taken around the owners schedule.

Dual season yacht.

Strictly no smokers.
