We are specifically seeking candidates from a superyacht Chief Stew background who are experienced in 5* service delivery, fast turnaround standards, guest readiness, and high-touch private service environments. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Salary: Starting from $160 K TBD based on experience
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP

This role combines luxury hospitality, estate operations, and private household management. You will be responsible for ensuring all residences are maintained to yacht-level standards of service, presentation, and readiness at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on, service-driven role focused on delivering a 5-star lifestyle experience across multiple private residences, ensuring every detail reflects the highest standards of hospitality.
You will be responsible for maintaining impeccable “yacht-level” presentation throughout all homes, ensuring they are always guest-ready with flawless cleanliness, ambience and attention to detail. This includes overseeing in-home service such as table settings, turndown service, refreshments and the overall guest experience, as well as supporting private entertaining. This may involve assisting with event preparation, table styling, floral arrangements and ensuring seamless service execution. You will also work closely with private chefs and catering teams to ensure exceptional dining presentation and service standards are consistently delivered.

On the operational side, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of multiple residences, including maintenance coordination, preventative upkeep and management of trusted vendors and contractors. You will ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner, while maintaining strong relationships with service providers. This also includes conducting regular property inspections, managing household inventories and supplies, and supporting systems such as SOPs, luxury amenities and pantry management. Where required, you will assist with budgeting, invoicing and general household expenditure tracking, as well as supporting the onboarding and coordination of additional household staff.

In addition, the role includes providing discreet and reliable lifestyle support to the family. This may involve assisting with day-to-day logistics, errands, scheduling, transportation coordination, school runs, pet care and ensuring the household operates seamlessly around the family’s routine. You will act as a key point of coordination between the residences, service providers, and the family schedule to ensure everything runs smoothly and effortlessly at all times.
