An exceptional opportunity has become available for a highly experienced Purser to join a prestigious 110m+ private M/Y

• We are seeking a candidate with a proven experience on a 100m+ yachts and extensive experience managing the administration of a 40+ crew.
• Proven longevity is an absolute must and the owners are looking for someone who is seeking a long-term commitment and wishes to become an integral part of the programme for many years to come.
• This is a pivotal role that requires someone who is highly organised, discreet, and proactive, with the ability to seamlessly oversee all crew administration while delivering an exceptional concierge service for owners and guests.
• There are some fantastic perks included in the package such as access to a large onboard crew gym, single cabin accommodation, premium medical insurance, and business class flights.
• The salary on offer is DOE with bonuses and a training allowance.
• There is a 2/2 rotational schedule and the position will commence towards the end of September.
• Dual season programme, operating mostly in the Mediterranean & Caribbean/US, so a B1/B2 visa in hand would be preferred.
