Sole Chef

Job Description

We have a 50m private M/Y looking for a Sole Chef to join them in the US by the 24th of October.

This is a dual season yacht that summers in the Med and winters in the Bahamas.

You will be responsible for cooking for 9 crew and in some cases, up to 10 guests although usually for 2-6 guests.

The owner prefers simple but elevated menus. He likes to see interesting and varied menus, American classics - taco Tuesday etc, Mediterranean, Asian.

You will need to have previous Sole Chef experience and ideally experience provisioning in the Bahamas & Med.

A B1B2 visa is also required as you will be joining the yacht in the US.

Male candidates only due to cabin situation.

The salary on offer is DOE but they are willing to go up to and around $11,000 P/M.

120 days of annual leave that is usually taken around a 4:2 schedule depending on the owner's schedule.
