We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a busy 50m private/charter M/Y operating a dual-season programme.

• This is a lovely opportunity to join a wonderful crew and lovely owners, with a busy and rewarding programme.
• The yacht runs busy charters throughout both seasons, so we are looking for an experienced Chief Stew who is confident working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent standards.
• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chief Stewardess on a 40m+ yacht, along with solid charter experience.
• You will be managing an interior team of four, so strong leadership and management skills are important.
• We are looking for someone who is a natural mentor, leads by example and enjoys developing their team.
• Personality is also key, and the ideal candidate will be bubbly, outgoing, approachable and positive.
• This is a 2:2 rotational position, offering a salary of $7,000 plus excellent charter tips.
• Start date is towards the end of October.
• Candidates must hold a valid B1/B2 visa and Schengen visa.
