We’re looking for high-energy PAs who are looking for a new PA / lifestyle support role, and who thrive under pressure while delivering at the highest standards.

We are seeking top-tier Travelling Lifestyle PAs to support a private client across multiple locations, providing seamless personal support, wardrobe management, lifestyle coordination and day-to-day assistance to ensure the principals’ lives run effortlessly.

This opportunity is ideally suited to candidates from fast-paced environments who are used to high expectations, dynamic schedules, and a hands-on approach. Previous experience within a PA or lifestyle support role is essential.

Travelling Lifestyle Personal Assistant
Location: Dallas or LA (Travel Required)
Salary: DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Start Date: TBC

This position involves extensive domestic and international travel, providing seamless, hands-on lifestyle and personal support across multiple residences and on the move. You will play a key role in ensuring the principal’s life runs effortlessly, anticipating needs and executing at the highest level at all times.

Key Responsibilities
You will act as a critical point of coordination, ensuring flawless day-to-day execution across all aspects of the principal’s lifestyle, both in residence and while travelling.

Lifestyle & Operational Support

  • Manage and execute daily schedules, appointments, reservations, and commitments with precision
  • Coordinate movements between locations, ensuring seamless transitions and adherence to itineraries
  • Anticipate variables such as traffic, weather, and external factors to ensure smooth operations
  • Liaise with internal teams, household staff, security, and external vendors to maintain continuity
  • Handle errands, personal shopping, purchasing, returns, and gift sourcing
  • Secure reservations, event access, and VIP experiences

Travel & Logistics

  • Coordinate end-to-end travel, including pre-trip preparation and on-the-ground support
  • Execute detailed itineraries, run-of-shows, and activation schedules
  • Prepare and set up hotels, residences, and venues to exacting standards
  • Manage real-time adjustments to travel plans with minimal disruption

Wardrobe Management

  • Oversee full wardrobe coordination including packing, unpacking, and outfit planning
  • Maintain garment care (steaming, ironing, repairs, dry cleaning coordination)
  • Organise wardrobe inventory, accessories, and seasonal rotations

Residence & Guest Support

  • Prepare residences for arrival, maintaining high standards across all environments
  • Manage household inventories, pantry, and guest amenities
  • Provide light organisational support and oversee service during meals or events
  • Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and ongoing requirements with a polished and discreet approach

Lifestyle & Personal Care

  • Coordinate vendors including stylists, wellness providers, chefs, and service professionals
  • Support daily lifestyle needs including dining, entertainment, and wellness experiences
  • Assist with pet care as required

Technical & Administrative Support

  • Set up and manage basic tech, AV, and in-room environments
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders
  • Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and adherence to service standards at all times

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a private PA or lifestyle support role
  • Proven ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong anticipation skills
  • Polished, discreet, and confident in both independent and team-based settings
  • Flexible and adaptable with a 24/7 mindset when required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable with extensive travel, including weekends and holidays
