Job Description

We are seeking a polished, service-driven and highly adaptable Travel Host / Flight Attendant to support an UHNW family across their private residences and private jet.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced luxury environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality and seamless service at the highest level.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. We are looking for someone discreet, resourceful and always willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure everything runs effortlessly for the Principals and their guests.

We would particularly welcome candidates from the yachting industry, especially experienced Chief Stewardesses / Interior Managers who are looking to transition into a land-based role.

Travel Requirements:
This is a travel-intensive role involving frequent domestic and international travel aboard the Principal's private aircraft. Flexibility with schedule and availability is essential.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will oversee hospitality and interior operations across the family's residences and private aircraft, ensuring a seamless five-star experience at all times.
This role combines luxury hospitality, household management and private aviation service, requiring someone who can transition effortlessly between environments while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, organisation and guest care.
Responsibilities within the residences will include preparing homes ahead of arrivals, stocking and maintaining inventories, coordinating with the Executive Assistant on travel logistics, overseeing errands and gifting, planning events and ensuring guest spaces are always immaculate and welcoming.
Onboard the aircraft, the candidate will provide first-class inflight service, oversee cabin presentation and inventory management, conduct pre- and post-flight checks and work closely alongside flight crew and ground teams to ensure smooth travel operations.
The ideal candidate will be a natural problem-solver who remains calm under pressure, anticipates the needs of the Principals and guests proactively and delivers service with warmth, professionalism and discretion.
Additional Information:
This is a highly varied position suited to someone who enjoys working within UHNW environments and takes genuine pride in creating exceptional experiences.
The role requires flexibility, emotional intelligence and a hands-on approach, as no two days will be the same. Tasks may range from organising elegant dinners and managing household details to supporting international travel logistics and ensuring the aircraft is fully prepared for departures.
Candidates must be comfortable working collaboratively with household staff, aviation teams and external vendors while maintaining absolute confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements for Application:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Chief Stewardess within the superyacht industry.
- Previous experience within private households, luxury hospitality, private aviation and/or UHNW environments.
- Previous flight attendant experience is preferred; however, private aviation training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Silver service and/or formal butler training is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using platforms such as Nines, SharePoint and Office 365 preferred.
- Must be comfortable working across both residence and private aviation environments.
- Candidates must hold either a valid US Green Card or an American passport to be considered for this role.
