We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Spa Manager to join a fantastic 100m+ busy Private/Charter M/Y

• This is an exciting role for a confident, service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional wellness experiences to both owners and charter guests.
• You will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the yacht's extensive onboard spa and wellness facilities, including a pool, sauna, steam room, gym, and beauty salon.
• The role involves leading a spa team of three, managing all day-to-day operations, inventory control, administration, and providing treatments to guests when required.
• This is an exceptionally busy dual-season vessel with a strong charter program, so previous charter experience is essential, as well as previous experience in a Spa Manager role
• The yacht offers excellent crew dynamics, with a friendly, supportive, and professional team environment onboard.
• The position offers a 10 weeks on / 10 weeks off rotational schedule, a salary of $5,000 per month, plus an equal share of tips.
• They are looking for someone available to join within the next few weeks in the U.S, so a B1/B2 visa is essential, if required.
