Property Operations & Hospitality Manager

We are looking for an experienced Property Operations & Hospitality Manager to join an UHNW family based in Georgia, USA, overseeing the smooth running of their properties and supporting the family with day-to-day household and hospitality needs.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being involved in the detail, knows how a well-run private home should operate, and is just as comfortable managing contractors and maintenance as they are supporting the family, preparing for guests or overseeing a high level of service.

The right person will be organised, practical and naturally proactive - someone who notices when something needs attention and takes care of it before it becomes a problem. You should be comfortable working independently, managing the residence and getting stuck in when needed, while also being confident leading vendors, contractors and household staff.

The role would suit someone with a strong private household, luxury hospitality, estate or property management background.A super yacht background is also welcome, particularly for candidates with a good understanding of property operations who are comfortable with the more technical and facilities side of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the family's properties
• Manage contractors, vendors and service providers, including HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, pool and general maintenance
• Carry out regular property inspections and ensure issues are dealt with proactively
• Supervise the Household Facilities Technician and support household staff
• Maintain household manuals, SOPs, records and property-related expenses
• Ensure the residence is always impeccable, organised and guest-ready
• Oversee housekeeping and support high-level in-home hospitality and service
• Assist with entertaining, including table settings, florals, menus and events
• Manage household supplies, amenities and beverages
• Support the Travel Host / Interior Manager when travelling
• Assist the family with occasional errands, school runs and household logistics
• Stay overnight at the residence when the family is travelling

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years' experience in luxury private households, property management, estate management or high-end hospitality
• Strong understanding of household systems and general property maintenance
• Confident managing vendors, contractors and teams
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Service-minded, hands-on and solutions-focused
• Comfortable around children and dogs
• Tech-savvy, with experience using Nines, SharePoint and Office 365
• Flexible and happy to support occasional evenings, weekends and overnight stays
• Valid US driver's licence and ability to pass a background check
