Lead Housekeeping Stewardess

Job Description

We are currently looking for Head Housekeeper for a 75m private/charter M/Y.

• This is a key leadership role within the interior team, suited to a candidate with strong senior housekeeping experience on a similar size vessel, who is confident managing both housekeeping and laundry operations to a high standard.
• You will be managing a team of 3 other stews in both the housekeeping and laundry department, so must have excellent communication and leadership skills and be highly organised to keep on top of it during busy seasons.
• You will be responsible for creating and implementing work lists and daily schedules, overseeing crew uniforms and wardrobe management, maintaining and updating interior inventory lists, delegating duties to the rest of the housekeeping team.
• We are looking for someone positive and proactive with an outgoing and upbeat personality
• This is a dual season vessel with both private and light charter usage.
