We are currently seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join a wonderful UHNW family based in Georgia, USA.

Salary: $70 K TBD based on experience

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will join an established household team responsible for the daily care, organisation and meticulous upkeep of the private residence. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong housekeeping knowledge and the ability to maintain luxury standards throughout the home at all times.

Daily responsibilities will include detailed housekeeping and deep cleaning of all interior spaces to the highest standards. The candidate must be confident caring for delicate surfaces and high-end materials including marble, luxury linens, fine furnishings and artwork, ensuring everything is maintained with the appropriate care.

The role will also involve full laundry and wardrobe management for the family, including washing, ironing, steaming, wardrobe organisation and seasonal clothing rotation. Experience handling delicate garments and maintaining high presentation standards is essential.

Additional responsibilities include supporting with managing household inventories, restocking supplies and toiletries, organising storage spaces and ensuring the home remains fully prepared and operational at all times. The successful candidate may also assist with preparing guest areas, supporting household events and restoring spaces following gatherings or entertaining.

Flexibility is important within this role, as the family's schedule and priorities may change. Candidates should be comfortable assisting with occasional errands, school drop-offs and pickups and other ad hoc household support when required. There may also be occasions where overnight stays at the residence are needed while the family is travelling.

Requirements for Application:

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience on super yachts

- Previous experience working within a housekeeping team in a large-scale residence preferred

- Strong understanding of luxury housekeeping standards and household operations

- Excellent laundry, ironing and wardrobe management skills

- Experience caring for fine furnishings, delicate materials and high-end finishes

- Positive, proactive and service-oriented attitude

- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

- Flexible, adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment

- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation required

- Legal authorisation to work in the United States

Additional Information:

Standard hours: 8am–5/6pm, Monday–Friday, with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and family schedules
