Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Service Stewardess to join a fantastic 80m private M/Y, based in the Med.

• This is a great opportunity for a service-focused candidate who is confident delivering high-end guest service and enjoys leading a team within a structured and professional interior department.
• Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a similar role, either as Head of Service or 2nd Stewardess, along with several years of experience in the yachting industry.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be comfortable leading service during guest trips, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to lead by example are essential.
• We are looking for someone with a positive, team-oriented personality who thrives in a professional and supportive crew environment.
• The owners are interactive and place a strong emphasis on crew fitness, often involving crew members in daily exercise activities, so a candidate who enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle would fit in well.
