Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a busy 50m dual-season private/charter motor yacht.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on an established vessel with charters already booked for the upcoming Caribbean season. The yacht has completed a busy charter season in the Med and anticipates similar activity for the next Med season, alongside light owner usage. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain further experience in yacht charters and earn additional income in tips.

This is a very guest-facing, service heavy position, requiring impeccable service knowledge and confidence in wine and cocktail preparation. You will be leading an interior team of three, so we are looking for a strong, motivational leader who can foster a positive working environment.

We are specifically looking for a positive, upbeat, organized individual who maintains a professional demeanour and who can lead by example.

This is a permanent position starting Mid October in the Med.
