Bosun

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join an exciting new-build project for a Private +100m MY.

The yacht is currently in the shipyard, with launch scheduled in approximately 12 to 18 months.

This role is ideal for a seasoned Bosun with extensive new-build and refit experience, and a strong understanding of deck construction, outfitting, fire locker, and safety locker design.

You will play a key role in supporting the outfitting process, working closely with the project management team and the owners' representatives to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the build.

During the shipyard phase, the contract will be Monday to Friday with weekends off, and 60 days of annual leave. Once the yacht becomes operational, the role will transition to a time-for-time rotation.

You will be provided your own apartment with food allowance included while in the shipyard.
