2nd Stewardess

Job Description

We are currently looking for a 2nd Stewardess to join a busy, dual season 75m Private/Charter M/Y.

• The ideal candidate will bring previous experience as a 2nd Stewardess on a similar-sized vessel, although we will also consider someone experienced who ready to take the next step in their career.
• A minimum of three years of total yachting industry experience is essential for this role.
• As this is a guest-facing position, you should be particularly confident in providing exceptional service.
• Proficiency in cocktails, wine service, barista skills, table decorations, table settings, and flower arranging is a must.
• The owning family enjoys interacting with the crew, so this role would suit someone who is both sociable and consistently professional. While previous charter experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement.
• This is a dual-season yacht, operating in both the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. There is a nice balance of private and charter usage.
• 5/1 rotational schedule
• €5,000 plus bonuses, equal tips, full medical and a training allowance.
• To join by the 14th April in the yard in Europe and head straight into a Med season.
