Job Description

We are currently seeking a Second Stewardess to join a 50m classic private motor yacht.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a private single-season yacht based in Palma. You will be part of an interior team of 3 (Chief Stew, Second Stew, and a junior 3rd Stew) and will be expected to guide and train the junior team member, managing daily work lists with confidence.

The ideal candidate will have some interior experience (ideally 1-2 years) and be reliable, organized, and guest-focused. You will rotate across all interior areas including service, housekeeping, and laundry, and should be comfortable stepping in to offer guidance and support to the team. The yacht has a friendly, active crew culture with a lovely English owner, where teamwork and a positive attitude are highly valued.

Contract: Permanent - Single season, 40 days holiday

Yacht: Private 50m Classic Motor Yacht

Starting date: mid-late April

About the program: Private yacht, mainly long weekends with a couple of longer trips

Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2, valid Schengen Visa

Requirements for application: Minimum 1-2 years interior experience, reliable, confident in guiding junior crew

Salary: €3,000 + 13th month bonus (pro-rata, end of May) + discretionary bonus (pro-rata, October)
