The Crew Academy’s IAMI GUEST-accredited Destination, Event & Interior Management program provides experienced Interior crew with the strategic tools to master high-level planning and guest experience coordination.
Aimed at experienced Interior crew (minimum of 1 season of operational experience) looking to advance into senior roles requiring higher-level planning, coordination, and service management.
The course explores etiquette, leadership awareness, and the refined interpersonal abilities needed to liaise effectively with guests, senior crew, and external service providers - ensuring seamless operations both onboard and ashore.
Through scenario-based learning and practical applications, you will learn how to coordinate destination experiences, manage events, and oversee interior logistics with efficiency and professionalism.
The course also places emphasis on personal well-being and professional development, providing guidance on sustaining performance, managing stress, and supporting the health and morale of those under your supervision.
This holistic approach ensures you are fully prepared to uphold the highest standards of guest service, event execution, and interior management at a senior level.

Students must possess good knowledge of verbal and written English to successfully complete this program.
Students must have some formal basic training and / or 1 season of onboard experience.
Students must have a good working knowledge of onboard SOPs and administration.
Students must be at least 18 years old.
To complete this course, participants are required to attend one live lecture via Zoom. We offer several dates throughout the year to accommodate your schedule.

Live sessions will take place on a Monday, starting at 9am and finishing at 4:30pm UK time (with breaks throughout).
