The 10-Phase Framework to Talent Acquisition, Retention & Peak Performance
Description
HR and people management is the single biggest challenge facing the yachting industry. It's a skillset that often gets overlooked ... until you have to actually do it.
But like many competencies in yachting, HR is not something you can simply wake up one day and just do. To do it successfully, it requires particular knowledge, skills and tools.
People management is a delicate balance of technical and legislative know-how, watertight administration and compliance, as well as strong communication and people skills. But when you understand how to attract, nurture and retain the very best talent, everything else simply falls into place.
