Floater Stewardess

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Floater Stewardess to join a busy, dual season 75m Private/Charter M/Y.

• This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Stewardess with at least one season of experience who is looking to gain further exposure across all areas of the interior on a well-run vessel.
• The successful candidate will be adaptable, hands-on, and happy to assist wherever needed, supporting service, housekeeping, and laundry departments.
• This role is ideal for someone eager to develop a well-rounded skill set within a structured and professional team environment.
• We need someone who is a team player with a proactive mindset and adaptable to move within the department.
• This is a dual-season yacht, operating in both the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. There is a nice balance of private and charter usage.
• 5/1 rotational schedule
• €3,200 - €3,500, plus bonuses, equal tips, full medical and a training allowance.
• To join by end of May in the Med.
