Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and confident Chief Stewardess to join a busy 75m private/charter M/Y, operating a dual-season program.

• This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven Chief Stewardess to lead a dynamic interior team on a well-run vessel, offering a balanced mix of private and light charter usage.
• The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Chief Stewardess on vessels 60m+, along with a minimum of five years' experience within the yachting industry.
• You will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the interior department, delivering exceptional service standards for both private and charter guests
• Must be confident with training, mentoring, and motivating the interior team, overseeing inventory, budgeting, and interior administration.
• We need someone with strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities in fast-paced environments
• Candidates must have a positive, professional, and approachable personality.
• 2/2 rotational schedule
• Package on offer is between €7,000 - €7,500, bonuses, split tips, and a generous training allowance.
• The ideal candidate will start by mid May in Europe.
