Travelling House Manager

We are seeking an experienced Travelling House Manager to oversee an UHNWI private residences across multiple international locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within a UHNW household or comes from a luxury yachting background, bringing a strong understanding of high-level service and discretion.

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Starting date: ASAP

Living arrangements: Live-In

Location: Egypt, Europe (with international travel)

Salary: €5,000 - €6,000 per month TBD

Other Benefits:

Extensive international travel across multiple residences, including Europe, the Middle East and the United States. Accommodation is provided when travelling, along with full coverage of all work-related expenses, private health insurance and a daily allowance.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is confident managing multiple properties, leading household teams and ensuring each residence is maintained and presented to an impeccable standard at all times.

This is a hands-on role where you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of multiple residences, ensuring everything operates smoothly and to a consistently high standard. You will oversee household staff, manage rotas, coordinate contractors and implement effective systems to keep each property fully organised and prepared ahead of the principals' arrival.

When the principals are in residence, you will take a more service-focused approach, supporting their day-to-day lifestyle, coordinating and organising events, liaising with chefs and service staff and ensuring all personal requirements are met with attention to detail. You will work closely with the PA to ensure everything is aligned with the principals' schedule.

The role involves frequent international travel, where you will manage all household logistics, including packing, unpacking, wardrobe coordination and setting up each residence to ensure a seamless transition. Flexibility is key, as working hours will vary depending on the principals' movements, with time off in lieu provided where applicable.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a highly organised and adaptable individual who is confident managing multiple residences within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

You will have a strong eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. A calm, solutions-driven approach and a hands-on attitude are essential in ensuring everything runs smoothly at all times.

Ideally, you will have previous experience as a House Manager within a UHNW private household or come from a luxury yachting background, such as a Chief Stewardess, bringing a strong understanding of high standards, service and discretion.

You will be professional, well-presented and an excellent communicator, with the ability to work closely alongside a PA and wider team.

Fluent in English is Mandatory.
