We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a prestigious 85m Private/Charter M/Y.

• This role is ideal for a confident Chief Stew who is ready to take full ownership of the interior department, set high standards, and play a key role in shaping a positive and professional onboard culture.
• The successful candidate will bring a calm, emotionally intelligent leadership style and the ability to guide, motivate, and unify the interior team moving forward.
• Applicants should have several years of Chief Stewardess experience on vessels 60m+ and be comfortable maintaining momentum, morale, and structure within a busy interior department.
• Strong organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to build and develop a cohesive team from the ground up.
• The Heads of Department have been onboard long-term, providing excellent stability, continuity, and support.
• The owner is described as wonderful and very friendly, contributing to a pleasant and respectful working environment.
• This vessel operates on a private with light charter program and is typically dual season, though it has been spending more time in the U.S. recently.
• This position is open to both temporary and permanent candidates at this stage. A permanent contract offers a 2:2 rotational schedule with a salary of up to $9,000 DOE.
• Ideally, the successful candidate would be available to start within the next few weeks.
• A B1/B2 visa is essential
• Business class flights after 1 year
