    Description

    The Crew Academy's GUEST-accredited Mental Health Wellbeing & Awareness course (GUEST Unit 44) is designed to equip yacht crew with a raft of coping mechanisms and the tools to drive change in the industry.

    Fostering a culture of positive mental health not only increases productivity, but also ensures crew are able to perform at a high-level consistently and reliably.

    These courses will give you the skills and knowledge to look after yourself and others on board by helping you establish a common language around mental health and cultivate connectivity between your people to optimise wellbeing onboard.

    Course Format

    The course consists of 4 hours of live teaching from 5 to 9pm UK time, as well as 1 to 2 hours of self study throughout our Virtual Learning Environment.

    All our Mental Health courses are provided for free to our Alumni. For any alumni who take the course for free, there is a 14-day minimum cancellation. Any cancellations after that will result in being charged the full course fee.
