For 15 years, The Crew Academy has developed an ever-growing suite of 200+ yacht training courses which can be delivered on-line, in-person or on-board.
We pioneered the industry’s first Purser course over 16 years ago, we developed the first Command course in 2020, and in 2023 we launched the Yacht Owner’s Representative Program.

FULLY-FUNDED MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS
Creating positive working environments.
As part of our ongoing commitment to elevating industry standards and fostering positive working environments on board, we offer free Mental Health training for our alumni.
Over the last 6 years, we have funded more than 1500 Mental Health Awareness courses for our graduates, and helped to develop the newly-accredited GUEST Mental Health & Wellbeing program.
