Senior Stewardess

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior/Lead Stewardess to join the interior of a magnificent 100m+ private Motor Yacht.

The role involves working across Service, Housekeeping, and Administrative duties to maintain the vessel's exceptionally high standards. You will be joining a supportive, collaborative interior team that operates with a flat hierarchy, where leadership responsibilities are shared and rotated.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of interior experience, ideally at a Chief Stew or strong Senior/Experienced Stewardess level on 80m+ yachts, be well-rounded and experienced across service, housekeeping, and administration duties. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work proactively and with discretion are essential.
